Staying at Lotus Inn West Lake was a delightful experience, with a stunning view of the lake from the fifth-floor room. the fully equipped kitchenette was handy for preparing meals, and the free Wi-Fi made staying connected a breeze. the terrace provided a relaxing spot to unwind and enjoy the lake views. It's worth noting that the cleanliness of the room could have been better, but the location, just a short walk from the old town, was convenient for exploring Hanoi. the area around the hotel was quiet but lacked dining options beyond cafes. Overall, a comfortable stay with some room for improvement.
